all members being present, there oama on Yor oonsideratioa the matter of oompensation of the
various County Offioials oP Kerr County, Texas, Yor the year 1960, ae provided for in Artiol
39126, Ssotion 2, R.O.S. of Tezas. And it appearing Lo the Court that Kerr County bad a
populatiom of leas than 20,000 inhabitants aooording to the last Federal Census, and that
the interests of the County would be beet served if the County Officials of Kerr County ors
paid on a Salary baeie for the year 1960;
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Brewton, eeoonded by Commissioner Stone and unan-
imously approved by the Court, it ie ordered that the County Officials be paid on a Salary
basis ae provided by law, for the year 1960. It ie further ordered by the Court that the
Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller
of Publia Aocouats, Austin, Tezas.

of funds Yor incidental eapenee for the Kerrville Public Library. It appearing to the Court
that Bald library renders a servioe to Kerr County ae a whole, and in their disoretion,
should be granted the sum of :1200.00 for inaidental expenses, to be paid in a lump sum,
for the .,spar 1960. On motion made by Commissioner Brewton, seconded by Commie sinner Stone
and unanimously approved that the County Clerk be, and ie hereby directed to draw voucher
against the County Treasurer in said amount, payable to the Kerrville Publio Library out of
General Fund.
