a Salary basis for the year 1960{
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, aeoonded by Commissioner Bartel and unani-
mously apprw ed by the Court, that the Preoinot Offieiale of Kerr County, Tezae, be paid on
a Salary baeia as provided by lax Por the year 1960. It ie further ordered that the Clerk
of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and nand same to the State Comptroller
of Public Accounts, Austin, Texas.

of funds for incidental eapenee for the Kerrville Public Library. It appearing to the Court
that said library renders a aervioe to Kerr County ae s whole, and in their discretion,
should be granted the sum oY =1200.00 for incidental expenses, to be paid in a lump sum,
for the ,~aar 1960. On motion made by Oommisaioner Brewton, seconded by Commissioner Stone
and unanimously approved that the County Clerk be, and ie hereby directed to draw voucher
against the County Treasurer in said amount, payable to the Kerrville Public Library out of
General Fund.
