On this the 8th day of February 1960, Dame on to be heard and considered the statue of the
irrigation pump on the former Harvey Moe ty property now owned by Mra. June Csas, and
t appearing to the Court that the operation of each pump cannot ba satiafaotorily established
~ith the priming system as installed by Kerr County; and it further apps ari ng that the present
weer of said pump has reque ated the installation oP a foot valve on the auction pipe in lieu
f the present vacuum primer and has represented to Kerr County that such installation x111
e store said pump to a sati sfsatory, operative condition and it further appearing that said
riglnal Harvey Mosty pump installation was equipped with a Toot valve prior to Sts relocation
y Kerr County, St is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commisa-
oner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, that Order No. 8455 heretofore entered by
