On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be heard sad considered the atatua of the
elocated irrigation puny oa the former Harvey Monty property now owned by Mra. June Casa, and
t appearing to the Court that the operation of such pumy cannot be eatiafactorily established
~ith the priming ay stem as installed by Kerr County; and it further apps wring that the present
wnar of said pump has reque ated the installation of afoot valve on the auction pipe in lieu
f the present vacuum primer and has represented to Karr County that such installation will
estore said pump to s ssti sfaotory, operative condition. and St-fur-they apps aring that said
riginal Harvey Monty pump installation wsa equipped with a Toot valve prior to its relocation
y Kerr County, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commisa-
oner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, that Order No. 8455 heretofore entered by
he Court on the 1lyth day of December 19$9 be, and is ~aatended to include the installation of a
cot valve on said pumping installation in lieu oP a vacuum primer, and that such action shall
e the final act oP Iferr County in this matter, except sa for the erection oŁ a protective
tore, as etipu fated in original Order No. 81{$5.
