On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be heard and considered the statue oP the
elocated irrigation pumy on the former Harvey Monty property nox owned by Mra. June Caes, and
t appearing to the Court that the operation oP each pump oannot be eatlaPaotorily established
dth the priming system as installed by Kerr County; and it further appearing that the present
caner of said pump has requested the installation of afoot vales on the auction pipe in lieu
t the present vacuum primer and has represented to Kerr County that such inatallat ion will
estore said pump to s anti efaotory, operative condition.and it .further appearing that said
riginal Harvey Mosty pump installation wen equipped with a foot valve prior to its relocation
