On this the 8th day of February 1960, the County Treasurer was authorized by the County
ourt, to set up a new net of books for the Covnty, at hie discretion. Motion duly made by
ommiasioner Hertel, seconded by Commissioner Powell and unanimously approved.

On this the 8th day of Hebruary 1960, came on to be heard and considered the application of
Chamber of Commerce for permission to use the Kerr County Agriculture Livestock Exhibition
ding for the Induatrisl Show, to be he13 April 1st and 2nd, 1960. It appearing to the Court
