imously approved that-the County Clerk be directed to publish the Annual Exhibit oP County
Finances in both the Kerrville Times and Mountain Sun newspapers.

N0. 8507 AUTHORIZING V. D. PDWELL, COMMISSIONER PRECINCT 2, TO PROCURE RIGHT OF WAY
On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be heard and considered the matter of
authorizing V. D. Powell, Commissioner Precinct 2, to negotiate for procurement of right of wa
on F. M. 689, for aeve n-tenths mile South of Camp Verde to Bandera County line. It appearing
to the Court that Commissioner Powell is the proper P3 raon for securing said right-of-way, he
is hereby authorized to proceed with the procurement of same, on motion duly made by Commisa-
ioner Stone and seconded by Commissioner Bartel. Onanimously carried.

nent of the necessary elect ion of fie era for the onauing year, Łor each of the eighteen Precinc
of Karr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, ae shown on pages 2J{5 through 251,
Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas. Motion duly made by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that said Officor
be appointed for the year 1960, axed made a part hereof for all purposes.

N0. 8509 PERMISSION GRANTID COUNTY JIIDGE AND COMMISSIONER PRECINCT 3 TO ATTEND CONFERENCE
On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be considered the reque at of County Judge
to attend the Judges & Commissi oner~a Conference, at College Station, Texas, on February 11}th
through 16th. Also that Adolph Bartel, Commissioner Precinot No. 3 accompany Judge Neunhoffer,
both at their own expense. It appearing to the Court that attendance of said Conference would
be beneficial to the Court, therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Com-
missioner Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge and Commissioner
Precinot 3 be, and they are hereby grantedpermissi on to attend Conference.
