On this the 8th day oP February 1960, came on to be heard and considered the matter of
authorizing V. D. Powell, Commissioner Precl nct 2, to negotiate for procurement of right oT wa
on F. M. 689, for seven-tenths mile South of Camp Verde to Bandara County line. It appearing
to the Court that Commissioner Powell is the proper P9 rson for securing said right-of-xay, he
is hereby authorized to proceed wl th the procurement of same, on motion duly made by Commiss-
ioner Stone. end seconded by Commissioner Bartel. Unanimously carried.

Thin the 8th day of February A.D. 1960, came on to be considered by the Court the appoint-
ment of the necessary election offiaera Tor the ensuing year, for each of the eighteen Precinc
oP Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown an pages 21y.$ through 251,
Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas. Motion duly made by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that said Officer
be appointed for the year 1960, and made a part hereof for all purposes.

N0. 8$09 PERMISSION GRANTED COUNTY JUDGE AND COMMISSIONEE PRECINCT 3 TO ATTEND CONFERENCE
On this the 8th day oP February 1960, came on to ba considered the ra que at oP County Judge
to attend the Judges & Commissi oner~s Conference, at College Station, Texas, on February ll}th
through 16th. Also that Adolph Bartel, Commissioner Precinct No. 3 accompany Judge Neunhoffer,
both at their own expense. It appearing to the Court that attendance oP said Conference would
be beneficial to the Court, therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Com-
missioner Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge and Commissioner
Precinct 3 be, and they are hereby grantedpermisslbn to attend Conference.
