N0. B$09 PERMISSION GRANTED COUNTY JUDGE AND COMMISSIONEB PRECINCT 3 TO ATTEND CONFERENCE
On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be considered the request of County Judge
to attend the Judges & Commissi onar's Conference, at College Station, Texas, on February Myth
through 16th. Also that Adolph Bartel, Commissioner Precinct No, 3 accompany Judge Neunhoffer,
both at their own expense. It appearing to the Court that attendance of said Conference would
be beneficial to the Court, therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Com-
missioner Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge and Commissioner
Yrecinot 3 be, and they are hereby granted permission to attend Conference.

uinimoualy approved, that the County Clerk and County Tre nearer be and are hereby authorized
transfer the above accounts on their reapectivs records.
