POWELL, COMMISSIONER PRECINCT 2, TO PROCURE RIGHT OF WAY On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be heard and considered the matter of authorizing V. D. Powell, Commissioner Precinct 2, to negotiate for procurement of right of wa on F. M. 689, for seven-tenths mile South of Camp Verde to Bandera County line. It appearing to the Court that Commissioner Powell is the proper parson for securing said right-of-way, ha is hereby authorized to proceed with the procurement of same, on motion duly made by Commiss- ioner Stone. and seconded by Commissioner Bartel.
