On motion duly made by Concsissioner Powell, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unan-
imously approved that the County Clerk be directed to publish the Annual Exhibit of County
Finances in both the Kerrville Times and Mountain Sun newspapers. '.

N0. 8507 AUTHORIZING V. D. POWELL, COMMISSIONER PRECINCT 2, TO PROCURE RIGHT OF WAY
On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be heard and considered the matter of
authorizing V. D. Powell, Commissioner Precinct 2, to negotiate for procurement of right of wa
on F. M. 689, for seven-tenths mile South of Camp Verde to Bandera County line. It appearing
to the Court that Commissioner Powell is the proper parson for securing said right-of-way, ha
is hereby authorized to proceed with the procurement of same, on motion duly made by Commiss-
ioner Stone. and seconded by Commissioner Bartel. Unanimously carried.

N0. 8508 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION JUDGES
This the 8th day of February A.D. 1960, came on to ba considered by the Court the appoint-
ment of thn necessary election officers. for the ensuing year, for each of tho elghtaen Precinc
of Karr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown on pages X15 through 251,
Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas. Motion duly made by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimovaly approved by the Court that said Officer
be appointed for the year 1960, axed made a part hereof for all purposes.

N0. 8509 PERMISSION GRANTED COUNTY JIIDGE AND COMMISSIONER PRECINCT 3 TO ATTEND CONFERENCfi
On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be conai dared the raque at of County Judge
to attend the Judges & Com:nissioner~s Conference, at College Station, Texas, on February 11}th
through 16th. Also that 6dolph Bartel, Commissioner Precinct No. 3 accompany Judge Neunhoffer,
both at their own expense. It appearing to the Court that attendance of said Conference would
be beneficial to the Court, therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Com-
missioner Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge and Commissioner
Precinot 3 be, and they are hereby grantedpermisslon to attend Conf stance.

rring 3000.00 from General to Officers Salary Fund; also X5000.00 Prom General Fund to Road
Brldge Fund. On motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Powell and
animoualy approved, that the County Clark and County Treasurer be and are hereby authorized
transfer the above accounts on their respective records.
