imously approved that the County Clerk be directed to publish the Annual Exhibit of County
Finances in both the Kerrville Times and Mountain Sun nexspapera.

On Lhia the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be heard and considered the matter of
authorizing V. D. Powell, Commissioner Precinct 2, to negotiate for procurement of right of wa
on F. M, 689, for aeve n-tenths mile South of Camp Verde to Bandera County line. It appearing
to the Court that Commissioner Powell is the proper p3 rson for securing said right-of-xay, he
is hereby authorized to proceed with the procurement of same, on motion duly made by Commiss-
ioner Stone. and seconded by Commissioner Bartel. unanimously carried.

This Lhe 8th day of February A.D. 1960, came on to be considered by the Court the appoint-
ment of the necessary eleotion officerafor the ensuing year, for each of the eighteen Precinc
of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, sa shown on pagan 71}5 through 251,
Volume 1, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas. Motion duly made by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that said Officers
be appointed for the year 1960, and made a part hereof for all purpose a.

through 16th. Also that Adolph Bartel, Commissioner Precinct No. 3 accompany Judge Neunho£far,
both at their oxn expense. It appearing to the Court that attendance of said Conference xould
be beneficial to the Court, therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Com-
missioner Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge and Commissioner
Precinct 3 be, and they are hereby granted-permission do .attend Conference.

Bridge Fund. On motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commie stoner Poxell and
animouely approved, that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby authorized
transfer the above accounts on their respective records.
