Powell, Commissioner Precinct 2, to negotiate for procurement of right of wa on F. M. 689, for seven-tenths mile South of Camp Verde to Bandera County line. It appearing to the Court that Commissioner Powell is the proper Fa rson for securing said right-of-xay, he is hereby authorized to proceed with the procurement of same, on motion duly made by Commisa- Soner Stone, and seconded by Commissioner Bartel.
