On motion duly made by Commissioner Powell, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unan-
imously approved that the County Clerk be directed to publish the Annual Exhibit of County
Finances in both the Kerrville Times and Mountain Sun newspapers.

N0. 8507 AUTHORIZING V. D. POWELL, COMM155IONER PRECINCT 2, TO PROCURE RIGHT OF WAY
On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be heard and considered the matter of
authorizing V. D. Powell, Commissioner Precinct 2, to negotiate for procurement of right of wa
on F. M. 689, for seven-tenths mile South of Camp Verde to Bandera County line. It appearing
to the Court that Commissioner Powell is the proper Fa rson for securing said right-of-xay, he
is hereby authorized to proceed with the procurement of same, on motion duly made by Commisa-
Soner Stone, and seconded by Commissioner Bartel. Unanimously carried.

This the 8th day oP February A.D. 1960, came on to be considered by the Court the appoint-
ment of thn necessary election of £ic erafor the ensuing year, for each of the eighteen Yrecinc
of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown on pages 2145 through 2$1,
Volume 1, Record of Election Judgee for Kerr County, Texas. Motion duly made by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that said Officer
be appointed for the year 1960, and made a part hereof for all purposes.

N0. Bso9 PERMISSION GRANTID COUNTY JUDGE AND COMMISSIONEE PREGINGT 3 TO ATTEND CONFERENCE
On this the 8th day of February 1960, came on to be conal3ered the request of County Judge
.- to attend the Judgee & Commissioner~s Conference, at College Station, Texas, on February 114th
through 16th. Also that Adolph Bartel, Commissioner Precinct No. 3 accompany Judge Neunhoffer,
both at their own expense. It appearing to the Court that attendance of said Conference would
be beneficial to the Court, thore£ore on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Com-
missioner Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge and Commissioner
Precinct 3 be, and they are hereby granted permission to attend Conference.
