On this the 9th day of Febsvary 1960, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
~1ar statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness, expenditures
receipts of Kerr County for the quarter ending January 31, 1960; and the same having been
cared and examined by the Court and Sound oorreat. Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel,
ended by Cosmi.a sinner atone, said report is hereby unanimously approved by the Court and
fired filed for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 9th day of February 1960, in Regular monthly session oP Commiesioner~a Court
came on for examination the quarterly report of E. M. MoDOnald, Treasurer of said County, Por
the period beginning on the let day of November 1959; and the same having been examined and
compared by the Court, and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said
time the Treasurer had rea eivpd Por account and credit, and paid out of each of said Fonda, e~
refloated in said report and become^ a part thereof; and that said amounts reo eived and paid
out oP the respective fhnds, since the filing of the proceeding report of said County Treasure;
