nd receipts of Kerr County for the quarter ending January 31, 1960; and the same having been
ompared and examined by the Court and Pound correct. Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel,
eeonded by Commissioner Stone, said report is hereby unanimously approved by the Court and
rdered filed for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 9th day oP February 1960, in Regular monthly session of Commiasioner~a Court
came on for examination the quarterly report of E. M. McDonald, Treasurer of said County, for
the period beginning on the 1st day oP November 1959; and the same having been examined and -
compared by the Court, and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said
time the Treasurer had reaefv@d Por account and oredi t, and paid out of sash of said Funds, af~
reflected in avid report and becomes a part thereof; and that said amounts reoeived and paid
~~ out oP the raspeotive fluids, since the filing oP the proceeding report of said County Treasure
and during the period above stated, are correct ae therein shown.
