ompared and examined by the Court and Sound correct. Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, '

N0. 8515 ORDER APPROVING QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 9th day of February 1960, in Regular monthly session of Commissioner's Court
came on for examination the quarterly report of E. M, McDonald, Treasurer of said County, for
the period beginning on the let day of November 1959; and the same having been examined and
compared by the Court, and Pound correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said
time the Treasurer had received for account and oredi t, and paid out of eanh of said Funds, e~
reflected in said report and becomes a part thereof; and that said amounts received and paid
out of the respective funds, since the Piling of the proceeding report of said County Treasure
and during the period above stated, are correct ae therein shown. I
IT IS TREREFORE FURTHER ORDERED by the Court, that the Bald detailed report be, and the earcml
is hereby approved, and the Clerk oP this Court is hereby ordered to file ^ame in a Record
Binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County Treasurer 1n accordance with this order.
