On this the 9th day of Pebruarp 1960, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
baler statement of Emmie M. Muenlcer, County Clerk, covering the Sndebtednesa, expenditures
d receipts oS Kerr County for the quarter ending January 31, 1960; and the same having been
mpared and examined by the Court and found correct. Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel,
conded by Commissioner Stono, said report is hereby unanimously approved by the Court and
dared filed for future reference and aubjent to audit.

On this the 9th day oT February 1960, in Regular monthly session of Commiaeioner~e Court
came on for examination the quarterly report of E. M. MoDonald, Treasurer of Said County, Pot
the period beginning on the let day of November 19591 and the same having bean examined and
oompared by the Covrt, and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said
time the Treasurer had recely@d Por account a~ credit, and paid out of eeah of said Fuxals, s~
reflected in said report and becomes a part thereof; and that said amounts reoeived and paid
out of the re apective 1linda, since the filing of the proceeding report of said County Treasure
and during the period above stated, ere correct as therein shown.
