repairs. And St appearing to the Court that Allen Keller Company has fulfilled its
according to Order 8408, Tor necessary repair and reconstruction oP Flat Rock Dam,
motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commie sinner Brewton,.the completion of said
ontract was unanimously accepted.

This the 11th day of February 1960, came on to ba examined by the Court the claim of Alle,
Keller Construction Company, in the amount oP X22, 740,24, for work completed on flood damage
at Flat Rock Dam. Said claim approved by the Court for Pull and final settlement and ordered
that the County Judge issue 1959 Flood Control Emergency Repair Warrants in the sum of $22,500.
and that the County Clerk and County Tre scorer be, and era hereby authorized to issue voucher
