COURT REC ONVEPIL9 IN SPECIAL SESSION on February 22, 1960, with all offic era present, Commissioner Stone, and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had, , 8571 ORDER CONVEYING 24..97 ACRE TRACT TO CITY OF IiERRVILLE On this the 22nd day 'of February 1960, came on to be heard and considered the request oT s City of Kerrville, for the acquisition of Kerr County's undivided one-half interest in rtain lands surplus Co the nee da of the airport, ,jointly owned by the City of Kerrville and it appearing to the Covert that a certain 21}.97 parcel of said airport re surplus to present and Suture airport needs and the said parcel cannot be used by Kerr ounty for any practical purpose, St is herewith ordered on motion by Commissioner Brewton, econded by Commissionor Powell and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County proceed o convey to the City oP Kerrville, Texas, for nominal oonsideration, Kerr County's undivided interest in a certain 24..97 acre tract of land out of original Survey No. Abstract 114, said land being the identical land nox under lease to Aal Peterson for provld~d however, that said deed shall contain a clause oP reversion to Kerr Texas, should said land ever be used for other than municipal or aeronautio al purposes; that said deed shall reoite that such reversionary rights shall not veet exchange of these lands for other lands intended Łor municipal purposes, and upon any such hangs, said reversionary rights shall terminate 8a to the lands now conveyed, and it is Pur- r ordered that the County Judge be, and 1s hereby authorized to execute said dead for and on of Kerr County, Texas, upon the approval of the County Attorney of Kerr County.
