T. Crook, Abstract 111}, said land being the identical land now under lease to Ral Peterson for grazing purposes; provided however, that said deed shall contain a clause oP reversion to Kerr County, Texas, should said land ever be used for other than municipal or aeronautical purposes, provided however, that said deed shall rec its that such reversionary rights shall not vest upox an exchange of these lands for other lands intended for municipal purposes, and upon any ouch ezchangs, said reversionary rights shall terminate 8s to the lands now oonveye d, and it is Tur- ther ordered that the County Judge na, and is hereby authorized to. execute avid deed for and on behalf of Kerr County, Texas, upon the approval of the County Attorney oY Karr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 0$22 ORDER GRANTING PERMISSION TO BOY SCOUTS FOB USE OF AGRICULTURE BUILDING On this the 22nd day of February 1960, came on to be heard and considered the application of Bill Country District Boy Scouts for permission to use Kerr County Agriculture Livestock Eahibition Building for their Scout-O-Rama, to be held March 26th, 1960.
