TO INOAAM DAM On this the 19th day of March 1960, name on to bs heard and considered the neaeeaity of repairing flood damage to the abutments of the north end of the Ingram Dam, and it appearing to the Court that catastrophic damage to the oziating Flood Control structure kaoxn as the Cngram Dam and to the adjacent public roadxay would result in event of a Spring flood, unless Immediate action Sa taken to prevent further erosion and collap as of the said protective abut- nent, which hoe suffered previous flood damage of major proportloas and it Stisrther appearing to the Court that the bid of the T. J, Moore Lumbar Yard of Ingram, Testae, to make such emerges ay repairs is fair, reasonable and best suited to the needs of Kerr County in the matter, and that current flsnda arc available to defray the coat of such repairs, it is Ordered that the big of the T. J. Moore Lumber Yard of Ingram, Texsa, to make emergency repairs to the abutments of the north end oP the Ingram Flood Control Dam at a total coat of $3,862.00, be accepted, said repairs to be ma ds according to specifications adopted by Kerr County and payment to be made o~ and acceptance.
