repairing flood damage to the abutments of the north end of the Ingram Dam, and it appearing
to the Court that catastrophio damage to the eaiating Flood Control atruotvre knoxa as the
Ingram Dem and to the adjaoeat public roadway would result in event of s Spring flood, unlaaa
immediate action Sa taken to prevent iLrther erosion and collapse of the acid proteotive abut-
ment, which has Buffered previous flood damage of major proportions and it further appearing
Lo the Court that the bid of the T. J. Moore Lumber Yard of Ingram, Tezas, to make each emerges
oy repairs Se fair. reasonable and best suited to the needs of Kerr County 1n the matter, and
