8538 T. J. MOORE LUMBER YARD. AWARDED CONTRACT FOR REPAIRS TO INGRAM DAM
On this the 19th day of March 1960, oeme on to bs heard and oonaldered the neaeeaity of
repairing flood damage to the abutments of the north end oP the Ingram Dam, and it appearing
to the Court that catastrophic damage to the sainting Flood Control stxvoture known as the
Ingram Dam and to the adj aoe at public roadway would result in event of a Spring flood, unlaas
immediate action is taken to prevent further erosion and collapse of the said proteo live abut-
ment, xhioh has auffsred previous flood damage of major proportions and it further appearing
to the Court that the bid of the T. T, Moore Lumber Yard of Ingram, Teus, to make each emergex
ay repairs is fair, reasonable and beat suited to the needs of Kerr County in the matter, and
(that current fYuids are available to defray the ooat of such repairs, it is Ordered that the big
of the T. J, Moors Lumber Yard of Ingram, Teua, to make emergency repairs to the abutments of
she north end of the Ingram Flood Control Dam at a total ooet of 3,882,00, be accepted, avid

689, beginning at a point 0.7 miles South of Camp Verde, Texas. After having made a decal led

designations platted by the Texas Highway Department on April 1959, and revised December 8,19$'
