entered on the 28th day of March 1960 and it appearing to the Court that said Order should be

nrotion by Commissioner Brewton, 'duly aeoonded by the Judge and unanimously approved by the
Court that said Order be ammo nded, ao ae to eliminate all raPareme to the payment of apecifin
sum for land, channel easements and damages and that R. M. Montbl be offered the sum of $1750.
