WHEREAS, it further appearing that after retaining the sum of ;9,781.$7 by the State, the=
ie a balance of $7.880.93 remaining to the credit of Kerr County in the Lateral Road Fund, xhlc
is available to Kerr County, to be used for the construction or improvement of the Kerr County
Lateral Ronde.
NOW THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, aeco nded by Commissioner
and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County reque at of the Board of County & Die tr,
Road Indeb tednsae, to forward said Panda to the County Treasurer of Kerr County, and it ie fur
that Ordered that all of said iVutda era here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be
used by acid Kerr County for the purpo ae and construction or improvement of Kerr County Latera:
Roads, that the County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to deposit the amount of $7,880.93
