eligible road bond Sasuee, which amount will be sufficient to pay the entire County~a proportic
of this indebtadnesa Tor the neat fieo al year, and
WHEREAS, it further appearing that after retaining the sum of $9,781.$7 by the State, the:
is a balance oP X7,880.93 remaining to the credit oS Kerr County in the Lateral Road Fund, xhi~
Se available to Kerr County, to be used for the conetruation or improvement of the Kerr County
Lateral Roads.
NOW THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Commie eioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Brext<
and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County request oP the Board of County & Diatr:
Road Indebtedness, to forward said funds to the County Treasurer of ]Garr County, and it Sa Pur•
ther Ordered that all of said funds are here and nov earmarked, set aside and designated to be
used by acid Kerr County for the purpose and cone truotion or improvement of Kerr County Latara:
Roads; that the County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to deposit the amount of #7,880.93
or whatever are dit is due Kerr County, to the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund.
