is available to Kerr County, to be used for the conatruotion or improvement of the Kerr Covnty
Lateral Roads.
NOW THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis eioner Brewti
and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County request of the Board of County & Diatr:
Road Indebtedness, to forward said Sunda to the County Treasurer of Kerr County, and it is fur
Cher Ordered that all of said funds are here and aox earmarked, set aside and designated to be
used by said Kerr County for the purpo es and oonatruction or Smproveme nt of Kerr County Latara:
Roade~ that the County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to deposit the amount of ~7, 880.93
or whatever are dit is due Kerr Covnty, to the xerr County Lateral Road Fund.
