This the 8th day of August 1960, came on to be considered by the Court that there ie aov
approximately X17,662,$0 surplw in the County Road Distriot Righway Fund at the end of this
fiaaal year, of which there will be a cra dit of $9,781.$7 due the Sinking Fund. of Karr County
eligible road bond issues, which amount will be sufficient to pay the entire County~e proportic
of this indebtsdnea^ for the neat fisoal year, and
WHEREAS, it further appearing that after retaining the sum of $9,781.$7 by the State, thez
is a balanoe of ~7, 880.93 remaining to the credit of Karr County in the Lateral Rond Fund, xhic
is available to Kerr County, to be used Sor the conatruotion or improvement of the ILerr County
Lateral Ronda.
NOW THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Commissioner Harts 1, eeco nded by Commlaeioner Brewtc
and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County reque at of the Board of Cowty & Dietrl
Road Indebtedness, to forward said Panda to the County Treasurer of Kerr County, and it Sa fur-
ther Ordered that all of said SLndn are here and now earmarked, net aside and designated to be
used by said Kerr County for the purpo ee and aonatruation or improvement of Kerr County Lateral
