This the 18th day of August 1960, oame on to be considered the Yublio Hearing on the
tter of the adoption of the County Hudget Yor the year 1961. It appearing to the Court
at proper notioee have been published in the looal newspapers in the City of Kerrville, for
e week prior to the hearing date hereof, and after thorough ezamination by the Court, and
e consideration of the publio interest of the Community, the Court ie of the opinion that
e proposed budget should be approved. Therefore Dy motion made by Commi eei oast Stone, see-
ded by Commissioner Bartel, the Oourt unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budge
r 1961.

he matter of eetebliahing a policy for right-oY-way proourement and fending along State High
ay No. 41, Prom a point 11.5 miles N.E. of the Real County line to State Highway No. 27, and
t appearing to the Court that the land owners oonoerned desire to donate the neoeasary land
or Right-of-Way and Channel Easement purposes, it ie herewith ordered that Kerr County acoep
noh oonveyanaee of Right-oY-Way and Easement e, and that in return for such donations, Kerr
ounty will conatruot fences along the new Right-of-Way lines of property owners eaeouting
~~uch conveyanaea on the following basis.
1. Fenoe to be seven feet high and oonatructed entirely of new materials.
2. Poste to be set thirty Yeet apart with four etaya between poets.
3. Net wire will be used with forty inoh width on the bottom and thirty-two inch above
one smooth wire will be stretched above the net wire.
4. Poets will be net at the following depth: Solid rook ten inches, oaliche ei ghteea
ee, dirt 24 inches, corner and brace poets will be concreted.
5. All ezi sting gates and oattle guards will be replaoed.
Upon motion by Commissioner Stone, seoonded by Commissioner Powell, the foregoing order
adopted by a unanimous vote of the Court.
