the Kerr County Archers to use a portion of the Kerr County Agricultural Ezhibition premises
Por the purpose of constructing an archery range, and it appearing to the Court that the are
requested ie not presently being utilised by Kerr County and that the %err County Arohere
are a non-profit organisation operating Yor recreational and amusement purposes, and that
ouch organisation proposes to carry liability insurance Yor protection of the public, it ie
Ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, aeaondad by Commissioner Powell and unanimously
approved by the Court that the Kerr County Arohere be granted pe rmisaion to use s po rtlon oY
the Agricultural Exhibition premises bounded by State Highway No. 27 on the north, a line not
more than iiYty Peet seat of the old gravel pit en the east, the old San Antonio Highway on
the south, and American Legion property on the we at, such use to be for recreational and
amusement purposes with no charges to be levied by Kerr County, provided however, that Kerr
County reserve the right to terminate the right oY use by said Kerr County Arohere either is
whole or in part at ar~v time.

This the 18th day of August 1960, came on to be considered by the Court the payment of
cont root labor bills Łor Yencing on F/M Hiwy 689. On motion made by Commissioner atone,
d by Commissioner Powell, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and Coun
surer be authorised to issue vouchers for contract labor bills every Friday, subject to
sworn to by Commissioner oY Precinct No. 2.
