as Deputy 0ounty Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to acid
deputy and that the application should be approved{ therefore by motion made by Commie sinner
Bartel, seconded by Commie sinner Powell, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be
authorized to deputise Gsorgie Sansom and that application should be granted,. ae a part-time

tion of E. H, Nichols, Tae Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Bobby
Leedy as Deputy Tsa Asae seer-Collector; and it appearing to the Court that said officer is
entitled to said deputy and that said application should be npg•oved; therefore on motion by
Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Brewton, the Court unanimously approved that said
officer be authorized to deputize Bobby Leedy and that a salary of $200.00 per month should be
granted,
