Government Bonds, Series "G", in the face amount oP $50,000,00 belonging to Kerr County= It is therefore the finding of the Court that the sum of $24,988.41 aurrantly on deposit to the credit of said sinking 11:nd in the County Deposit orp is Par in excess of any claims xhich co}ild vest against said sinking Hind by operation oP law.
