Tax Assessor of Kerr County, Texsa, in taking renditloas for 1961 ad valorem taxes; and it
appearing to the Court that the following minimum standards oS valuation should be employed to
secure fair, just and equal renditions, it Ss Ordered and the Tax daseseor of Karr County is
herewith Snatruat~d to employ the following minimum values in taking renditions for 1961 ad va]
Dram taxes, it being the intent of the Court that the following values shall be a binding
minimum. but shall not be construed as in anyway oonetituting a maximum value. Minimum valus-
