On this the 21 et day of October 1960, came on to be heard and conai dared the matter of
the construction of additional enclosed exhibition epaoe, at the Kerr County Agricultural Ex-
hibition Btillding, and it appearing to the Court that thn Kerr County Livestoak Shoxe Aaeoaia-
tion Incorporated has proposed to oonatruot additional enclosed exhibition epees ae an additive
al portion of the existing atruo tore, and it further appearing that the oonetrua lion of ouch
additional fac ilitie a are both ne ceeeary and desirable, it i• hereby Ordered on motion of Com-
misaionar Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the Kerr County Livestock Shows Association Incorporate d.be, and ie hereby authorized to pro-
ceed with the aonatruo lion of such additional~fac Slitiea as par the plans and spealfinations
proposed b9 the Aasoaiation, provided however, that the agricultural style employed be of the
name type and color ae embodied in the ex1^tang etruo tares and it is further Ordered that Kerr
County will pay the Pir et Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars of the coat of such ooaetruo lion upo
