the construction of additional enclosed exhibition apaoe, at the Kerr County Agricultural Ex-
hibition BUYlding, and it appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Livestock Shows Aaeooia-
tion Incorporated has proposed to construct additional enclosed exhibition epees ae an additioi
al portion of the existing atruo tore, and it further appearing that the oonetrua tion of euoh
additional fac ilitiaa are both necessary and desirable, 1t 1• he rely Ordered on motion of Com-
missioner atone, seconded by Commissioner Sartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that
