On this the 21st day of October 1960, came on to be heard and conai dared the matter of
the construction of additional enclosed eahlbit ion apaoe, at the Kerr County Agricultural Ex-
hlbitlon Heil ding, and it apps sting to the Court that the Kerr County Livestock Shows Aaeoois-
tion Incorporated has proposed to oonatruct additional enclosed exhibition apace as an addltiot
al portion of the existing etruo tore, and it further appearing that the aonetrua tion oP such
additional facilities are both neceaeary and desirable, it i^ hereby Ordered on motion of Com-
misaioner atone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that
~' the Kerr County Livsstoak Shows Assooiati on Inoorporate d,bs, and ie hereby authorized to pro-
ceed with the oonatruo tion of such additional facilities as per tlv plena and spaaifioations
proposed by the Aeaooiation, provided however, that the agrioultural style employed be of the
same type and color as embodied in the axis Ling etruo turaj and it is further Ordered that Kerr
County will pay the first Two Thousand (~2, 000.00) Dollars of the ooat of such aonatruc tion upo:
the satisfactory oompletlon thereof, said payment to be mode from the Permanent Improvement
Fund of Kerr County.
