On this the 21 et day of October 1960, came on to be heard and conei dared the matter of
the construction of additional enclosed exhibition apace, at the Kerr County Agricultural Ex-
hibition Bgil ding, and it appearing to the Court Lhat the Kerr County Livestock Shows Asaooie-
tion Incorporated has proposed to construct additional enaloaed eahlbltion apace ae an additio,
al portion of the existing atruc tore, and St 1lirther appearing that the ao netrua tion of ouch
additional facilities are both necessary and desirable, it i• hereby Ordered on motion of Com-
misaioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the Kerr County Livestock Shown Aasooiatlon Incorporate d. ba, and Se hereby authorized to pro-
ceed with the aonatruation of such additional~faa ilitie• as per the plane and speoifiaations
proposed b'y the Aasoaiation, provided however, that the agricultural etyls employed be of the
same type and color ae embodied in the existing etru0 tares and it le further Ordered that Kerr
County will pay the Piret Two Thousand ($2,000,00) Dollars of the cost of such construe tion upo.

On this the 21st day of October 1960, same on to be eaeminad by the Court the bid of
Kerrville Mountain Sun for Dog Tax Ballots, in the sum of 834.75. On motion made by Cwm˘Sae-
ioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Brewton, the Court unanimously anoepted the Bald bid,
payable out of General Fund.
