ianimouely approved by the Court that the Volunteer Fire Department of Kerr County Precinct

~ Kerr County at the Sntereeotion of State Highway No. 27 and 1}3 at Mountain Home, Texas for
ze purpose of erecting thereon buildings Por the storage of fire fighting equipment and for
Sher fire department purpoeea, the authority for such use to continue only for eo long as it
s used Tor fire department purposes and then only for so long as said Fire Department renders
.u~el fire protection to Kerr County, Texas, it being further stipulated that the entry onto

transferring the sum of $5000.00 from General to Road & Bridge ~FUnd. On motion made by Commix=
i oner Bartel, eeconded by Commie eioner Stone , the Court unanimously approved that the County
Clerk and County Treasurer ba and are he ruby authorized to transfer the above amount on their
