On Chia the 27th day of March, 1461 came on to be cone idered the matter of accepting
the bid oP Ltlnerson A. Lutz Motors, to deliver a 1961 Dedge one-ton cab and ahssais, with addi-
tional equipment according to apeciPioationa submitted, Por tkn sum of approximately X2946.50,
plus 5~ on final delivery price. Said truck to be available to Volunteer Fire Department of
Kerr County, Precinct 4. Motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis stoner,
with Commissioners Stone, Schxethelm and Poxell voting AYE, and Commlbaioner Bartel abstaining
vote. Motion carried.

by Coimsisaioner Bartel, Lhe Court unanimously approved that the donation of $1093.83 be accepts _
from the Volunteer Fire Department to the Oe natal Fund of Kerr County,

On this the 27th day of March 1961, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly re-
port of Ed Hone a, District Clerk, of judgments, fines and jury fees collected during the month '~,
of February and deposited xith the County Treasurer in the amount oY X154.88, And it appearing
to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; therefore oa motloa
by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Powell, said report xas unanimously accepted
and ordered flied with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
