On Chia the Z/th day of March, 1961 came on to be cone idared the matter of accepting
the bid oP Emerson A. Lutz Motors, to deliver a 1961 Dodge one-ton Dab and chassis, with addi-
tional equipment according to apecificatione aubmltte d, for the sum of approximately $2946,50,
plus 5~ on final delivery price. Said truck to be available to Volunteer Fire Department of
Kerr Covnty, Precinct 4. Motion duly made by Commissioner atone, seconded by Commissioner,
with Commisaio ne ra Stone, Sohwethelm end Powell voting AYE, and Commissioner Bartel abstaining
vote. Motion carried.

On this the 27th day of March 1961, on motion by Commisa inner Powell and duly seconded
by Commlsaionor Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the donation of $1093.83 be accepts
from the Volunteer Fire Department to the General Fund of Kerr County.
