On this the Zrth dap of March, 1961 came oa to be cone idered the matter of accepting
the bid of Emerson A, Lutz Motors, to deliver a 1961 Dodge one-ton cab and ohaeaie, with addi-
tional equipment according to spec Sficatlona aubmi tte d, for the sum of approximately $291}6,$0,
plus 5~ on final delivery price. Said truck to be available to Volunteer Fire Department of
Kerr County, Precinct I}. Motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commie sioner,
with Commissio ne ra Stone, Sahwethelm and Powell voting AYE, and Commissioner Bartel abstaining
vote. Motion carried.

On this the 27th dqy of March 1961, on motion by Commies Loner Powell and duly seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the donation of $1093.83 be accept
from the Volunteer Firo Department to the General Fund of Kerr County.
