On this the 27th day of March, 1961 came as to be considered the matter of accepting
the bid of Emerson A. Lutz Motors, to deliver a 1961 Dodge one-toe nab and chassis, with addi-
tional equipment aacor di ng to spec ificationa eubmltte d, for the sum of approximately $2946.50,
plus 5~ on final delivery price. Said truck to be available to Volunteer Fire Department oP
Kerr County. Precinct 4. Motion duly ma da by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commie sinner,
with Commissioners Stone, Sohwethelm and Powell voting AYE, and Commissioner Bartel abetalning
vote. Motion serried.

N0, 8826 DONATION FROM VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT PRECINCT 4 ACCEPTID
On this the 27tri day of March 1961, oa motion by Conwiss Loner Powell and duly seconded
by Consniasioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the donation of $1093.83 be accept
from the Volunteer Fire Department to the General Fund of Kerr Gounty.

On this the Z~th day of Maroh 1961, name on to be examined by Lhe Court, the monthly re-
port of Ed Hone a, District Clerk, of ~udgmenta, fines and ~~ury fees collected during the month
of February and deposited with the County Treasurer in the amount o1' $154.88. And it appearing
to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; therefore oa motion
by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commisaloner Powell, said report was unanimously aaaepted
and ordered filed with the Covnty Clerk for Puture refarenae and subject to audit.
