On this the 31st day of March 1961, came on to be cone idered the matter of payment for
Right-of-Way and Easements secured on State Highway 39, from Maggie Schumacher et sla. On
motion duly made by Commissioner Stone and seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court auth-
in the amount of $3186.80
orized the County Clerk and County Treasurer to draw voucher~on the Highway 39 Right-oT-Way
Fund, said check to be payable to Maggie Sohumacher, J. R., Myrtle, D. N., Guat ins, H. A. and
Bernice Schumacher, in payment Tor land and damages for Right-of-Way State Highway 39. Said
voucher to be delivered by the Coimala aionar of Precinct 4, upon the execution of Right-of-Way
deed of all of the payees. Motion carried, xith Gommiestonera Stone, Bartel and Powell votin
AYE and Commissioner Scriwethelm abstaining vote.
