matter of appointing a Preai di ng Judge in Precinot 17, to fill the vacancy of Raymond Land;
and it appearing to the Court that Geo. D. Luther ie duly quellfied and should be appointed to
- fill the aforesaid vacancy. Motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commie alone=
