On this the 10th day of April 1961, oame on to be considered by the Court the matter of
transferring the sum of X4000.00 Prom General to Off Scars Salary Fund. On motion made by
Commisei oner Bartels eeaonded by Commlaeio ner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that
the County Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby direoted to transfer said sum on their
respective reoords.

On this the 10th day of April 1961, name on to be considered by the Court the matter of ii
transferring the sum of X10,000.00 from Special Right-of-Way Fund to Highway 41 No. 2. On
motion made by Commieaioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwathalm and unanimously approve
by the Court that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to transfer
said sum on their reapectiv books.
