' On this the $th day of May 1961, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims
and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the last
term of Court; which claims and accounts xera approved for payment by the County Clerk and
Copntq Treasurer is amounts and out of Road & Bridge Noe. 1, 2, 3, and 4; Highway 41 No. 2-and
Highway No. 39; fury, Road & Bridge, General, OPficera Salary, Law Library ,and Permanent Imp
provement Funds, shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 60$ thru 60;, which were
made a part hereof and of this Order. Motion duly made by Commissioner 9t one, seconded by
Commissioner Powell and unanimously approved by the Court.

N0. $853 ACCEPTANCE OF CITY-COUNTY AIRPORT BUD4ET FOR 196L82
This the Sth.day of May 1961, came oa to be heard and.,conaidered by the Court the 1961-62
budget for the Airport, submitted by the City of Kerrville, for the approval and acceptance
of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County. Said total budget being in the amount of y3816.00
one-half of said total namely =1908.00, to be paid by the County for Airport Maintenance. On
motion duly made by Commissioner Schwethelm and seconded by Commissioner Powell, the 1961-62
budget submitted by the City of Kerrville for the City-County Airport was unanimously accepted
by Lie Court. ,

	- On this the 8th day oŁ May 1961, came on Lo be examin ed by the Court the: various monthly
	reports for April of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Taxa a; and the same hav-
	ing been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and
	should be approved; therefore, on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, eecoxd ed by Commis ai oner
	Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that raid reports be accepted and filed with the County
	Clerk, for future reference and aub,ject to audlt. The following amounts were deposited with
	the County Treasurer, For the month of April:
