Texas Highway Department as per the authorisation of said department granted by letter, ed May 3, 1961; and it is further Ordered that this agreement aha 11 be eub,je ct to the agree- ,t of the Hill Country Telephone Coop. to reimburse Kerr County in iLll for any costa paid ch are subsequently disallowed by the Texas Highway Department as being ineligible for fifty 'cant sharing. o-o-o-o.o-o-o-o 8856 ORDER ESTABLISHING PRDCEDURB FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT TO FENCING CGNTRACTGRS FOR STATE HIGHWAY 41 RIGHT-OF-WAY On this the 8th day of May 1961, came on to be heard the matter of establishing procedure partial payment to fencing contractors presently constructing fences for State Highway 41 and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has agreed by the general terms its fencing contracts to make partial payments to be limited to the equivalent percentage work actively completed on individual contracts, less fifteen percent, and it appearing to Court that the contractors require frequent partial payments to meet payroll and equipment enaes and that such partial payments are necessary, in order to expedite prompt completion existing contracts, it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by misai on er Schwet helm~and approved by the Court that the Clerk and the Treasurer ba author- d to draw vouchers on Highway 41 No. 2 Fund for such partial payments to individual contract upon presentation of a written statement approving such payment a, approval to be evidenced the ~o1nL signatures of the Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 and the County Judge; provided' that final payments shall be made only after acceptance of work performed by the Com- sinners' Court and on the specific Order of said Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o 8857 AMENDING ORDER $786 GRANTING ALLOWANCE TO MRS.
