On this the 8th day of May 1961, came on to beheard and considered by the Court the matte ..
of utility adjustment procedure and compensation agreements with the Hill Country Telephone
Coop. along State Highway 41, and it appearing to the Court that it would be to the advantage
of Kerr County to have the Coop proceed immediately to move its lines as required from the new
for Highxay 41, it is Ordered on motlon by Commissioner 9to ne, seconded by Com-
esioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the Hill Country Telephone Coop.

curred and thereafter submit a billing for reimbursement of fifty percent of such costa to

>. 8856 ORDER ESTABLISHING PROCIDURE FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT TO FENCING CGNTRACTORS FOR STATE
HIGHWAY 41 RIGHT-OF-WAY
On this the $th day of May 1961, came on to be heard the matter oT establishing procedure
~r partial payment to fencing contractors presently constructing fences for State Highway 41
fight-of-Way, and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has agreed by the general terms
f its fencing contracts to make partial payments to be limited to the equivalent percentage
C xork actively completed on indlvidual contra eta, leas flfteen percent, and it appearing to
he Court that the contractors require frequent partial payments to meet payroll and equ SpmenL
xpensea and that such partial payments are necessary, in order to expedite prompt completion
f existing contracts, it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by

zed to draw vouchers on Highway 41 No. 2 Fund for such partial payments to individual contract
