8856 ORDER ESTABLISHING PROCEDGRE FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT TO FENCING WNTRACTGRS FOR STATE
HIGHWAY 41 RIGHT-OF-WAY
On this the $th day of May 1961, came on to be heard the matter of establishing procedure
or partial payment to fencing contractors presently constructing fences for State Highway 41
fight-of-Way, and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has agreed by the general terms
f its fencing contra cta to make partial payments to ba limited to the equivalent percentage
f work actively completed on individual contracts, leas fifteen percent, and it appearing to
he Court that the contractors require frequent partial payments to meet payroll and equipment
xpensea and that such pe rtial payments are necessary, in order to expedite prompt completion
f existing contracts, it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
ommiasi on er Schwethelm and approved by the Court that the Clerk and the Treasurer be author-
zed to draw vouchers on Nighway 41 No. 2 Fund for such partial payments to individual contract

This the 8th day of May 1961, after motion duly made by Commissioner Stond and seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved to amend Order 8786 gnantidg allowance
to Mrs. Norma Massey to read (30.00 per month not to exceed ten months from date of original
order.
