N0. 8881 RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED ON SECOND SENATORIAL ELECTION
This the 31st day of May 1961, came on to be considered by the Court the returns to be
canvassed to determine the results of the Second Senatorial Election held on May 27th, 1961.
~,, Wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the 18 election precincts
', and the Absentee Boa, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been opened and can-
, vassed are true and correct and should be approved.
On motion made bq Commissioner 3chxethelm, seconded by Commi asionsr 3ton s, the returns
canvassed and tabulated in Volume 4> Page 95, Record of Election Returns, and as certified
thereto by each member of the Court, ere in all respects approved.

N0. 88$2 PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS
Shia the 31st day of May 1961, came on to be examined by the Court the claims filed by
each election official indicating the number of hours each had rendered in the performance of
hie duties voting and preparing the returns for the Second Special Senatorial Election held
on May 27th, 1961. It appearing to the Court that said officers should be paid the sum of
y1.00 per hour and Precinct Judges X2.00 extra for bringing in the relic na of the Election,
on motion made bg Commissioner Stone and seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimoual
approved for payment the designated amounts be allowed each official a[d Judge, as per atate-
mente filed herein out of General Fund.

N0. 8883 APPROVAL OF TERRACING CONTRACTS
On this the 31st day of May 1961, on motion med• by Commi sai oner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the following applications for Lerraaing xera unanimously approved by the

said contracts entered into by end between the Commissioner of Precinct 2 and the afor
