matter of cancellation of the water use permit designated ae Certified Filing No, 343 by the
State Board of Water Engineers, and it appearing to the Court that said Certified Filing was
originally granted the Center Point Roller Mille Company of Center Point, Texae on June Z7,
1914 for milling, manufacturing sad power purpoaea and was finally conveyed to Kerr County on
Pebruary 17, 1955 by the Lower Colorado River Authority, and it further apps Bring to the Court
that the use and impoundment of water sa therein authorised has oleared many years ago and that

On this the 10th day oP July 1961, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of an overpayment of 1960 ad valorem Lazes made by E. B. Love of Mountain Home, Texas
due to a clerical error made on the 1960 Tea Roll of Kerr County, and St appearing to the Cour
that the overpayment made as a cones quence of such error, constitute Ponds mistakenly received
by Kerr County and that ouch overpayment having been mistakenly deposited by the Treasurer of
Karr County in the vat Soua Ponds of Kerr County did not at any time lawfully belong to such
Sunda, and it further appearing to the Court that the Attorney General of the State of Taxes
has in effect so ruled in Opinion No, 0-2083; it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissions:
Stone, seconded by Cormniasionar Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the County
Clark and Treasurer be authorized and directed to drax a voucher in favor of E. S. Love, on th
following funds for the amounts shown, which total $99,00, said total amount representing the
portion of 1960 ad valorem taxes erroneously collected from E. B. Love, which were deposited
